These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user", "you" or "your") and CalcoraTools ("we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the website at calcoratools.com. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Your continued use of any CalcoraTools service — including our free online tools, health calculators, PDF converter or finance calculators — constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any updates made to them over time. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and anyone who accesses or uses our platform in any way.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

CalcoraTools is a free online tools platform providing browser-based calculators, a PDF converter and related informational resources across the following categories:

All tools on CalcoraTools are provided free of charge, with no account registration, subscription or payment required. We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend or remove any tool or feature at any time without prior notice.

CalcoraTools is intended for use by individuals aged 13 years and older. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the following eligibility criteria:

Subject to these Terms, CalcoraTools grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the website and its tools for the following permitted purposes:

We encourage users to share our platform and link to specific tools where helpful. However, any reproduction or adaptation of our tool interfaces, code or content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

You must not use CalcoraTools or any of its online tools, calculators or PDF converter in any of the following ways:

• ✗Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers or any non-human means to access, scrape, extract or index tool content, results or website data without our express written permission.
• ✗Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or extract the source code of any tool, calculator or PDF converter feature.
• ✗Reproducing, copying, selling or commercially exploiting any part of CalcoraTools — including tool interfaces, calculated results or content — without written authorisation.
• ✗Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of our infrastructure, servers, databases or administrative systems.
• ✗Introducing malware, viruses, trojans or any malicious code that could damage or disrupt the platform or its users.
• ✗Using the platform in any way that violates applicable laws, including privacy laws, intellectual property laws or consumer protection regulations.
• ✗Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any individual or organisation when contacting us or using the platform.
• ✗Processing documents via our PDF converter that you do not own or do not have the legal right to process, modify or convert.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on CalcoraTools — including but not limited to tool interfaces, written content, design elements, graphics, code, layout and branding — is the property of CalcoraTools and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• ℹThe mathematical formulas used in our calculators — such as the Mifflin-St Jeor equation and Naegele's Rule — are in the public domain. Our implementation, presentation and surrounding content remain our intellectual property.
• ℹThe PDF converter tools use open-source browser APIs including PDF.js (Mozilla Public License). These components are subject to their respective open-source licences, which do not affect our proprietary content.
• ✗You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display or create derivative works from any CalcoraTools content, tool or interface without our explicit prior written consent.
• ✓You may link to any public page on CalcoraTools without permission, provided the link does not misrepresent your relationship with us or portray us in a false or misleading way.

The CalcoraTools name, logo and associated branding are unregistered marks. Unauthorised use of our name or branding in a way that creates confusion or implies endorsement is prohibited.

CalcoraTools implements widely referenced formulas across its calculator suite. However, every calculator result carries inherent limitations. By using our tools, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• !Calculator results — including BMI, TDEE, body fat, due date and loan EMI outputs — are estimates and may differ from results produced by professional assessments, clinical measurement or licensed financial calculations.
• !Health calculator results are not a medical diagnosis, clinical recommendation or treatment plan. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions.
• !Finance calculator results are not a financial recommendation, loan offer or tax assessment. Always consult a certified financial advisor or accountant before making financial decisions.
• ℹWe regularly review our tool formulas for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that every tool will be free from errors at all times. If you find an inaccuracy, please report it via our contact page.

By using our PDF converter, PDF compressor or any document processing tool on CalcoraTools, you agree to the following specific terms:

• ✓You confirm that you are the rightful owner of any document you process using our tools, or that you hold the necessary permissions to convert, compress or modify that document.
• ✓You accept that output quality from the PDF converter may vary depending on your browser, device capabilities and the complexity of the source document.
• ✗You will not use our PDF converter to process documents that infringe third-party intellectual property rights, contain unlawful content or violate any applicable law.
• ✗CalcoraTools accepts no liability for any loss, corruption or alteration of file content that occurs during browser-based processing. Always retain your original files before using any conversion tool.
• ℹOur PDF tools use open-source libraries including PDF.js. Browser-based processing means your files never leave your device — this is by design and will remain so.

Your use of CalcoraTools is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

In summary: CalcoraTools does not collect, store or transmit the inputs you enter into any online tool or calculator. All calculations happen entirely in your browser. Our PDF converter processes documents locally — we have zero access to your files. The limited technical data we do receive — such as anonymised page view analytics — is described fully in our Privacy Policy.

CalcoraTools is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• ℹThe platform will be available, uninterrupted or error-free at all times. We may perform maintenance, updates or experience technical disruptions at any time.
• ℹResults from our online tools or calculators will be accurate, complete or suitable for any specific purpose or individual situation.
• ℹThe PDF converter will produce lossless, pixel-perfect or commercially print-ready output for all document types and browsers.
• ℹAny content or external links on CalcoraTools will remain accurate or up-to-date at all times.

Without limiting the foregoing, CalcoraTools, its operators and contributors shall not be liable for:

• ✗Any health, physical or medical harm resulting from reliance on health calculator outputs, including BMI, TDEE, body fat or pregnancy tool results.
• ✗Any financial loss, tax liability or legal consequence arising from reliance on finance calculator outputs.
• ✗Any loss, corruption or damage to documents processed through our PDF converter or any other document tool.
• ✗Any loss of data, revenue, profit, goodwill or business arising from use of or inability to access the platform.
• ✗Any inaccuracies, errors or omissions in tool results, informational content or third-party data referenced on the platform.
• ✗Any interruption, suspension, modification or discontinuation of the platform or any of its tools.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim — including contract, tort, negligence or statute — and regardless of whether CalcoraTools has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CalcoraTools, its operators, contributors, and any associated parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in connection with:

• !Your use of or access to CalcoraTools, including any online tool, calculator or PDF converter, in violation of these Terms.
• !Your violation of any applicable law, regulation or third-party right — including intellectual property rights or privacy rights — in connection with your use of the platform.
• !Any document you process through our PDF converter that infringes third-party rights or violates any law.
• !Any content you submit to us — for example via a contact or feedback form — that is unlawful, inaccurate or harmful.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiry of your use of CalcoraTools and these Terms.

CalcoraTools may contain links to external websites, resources or third-party services for reference or convenience. These are provided in good faith but we exercise no control over the content, accuracy, privacy practices or availability of any third-party site.

• ✗We do not endorse, vouch for or take responsibility for any content, product or service offered by any external site linked from CalcoraTools.
• ✗The inclusion of a hyperlink does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship or partnership between CalcoraTools and the linked website or organisation.
• ℹWe use a small number of third-party services to operate the platform — including Google Fonts for typography and analytics tools for aggregate traffic data. These are described in our Privacy Policy.
• !You access any external link entirely at your own risk. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy and terms of any external website before using it or sharing personal information with it.

CalcoraTools is a free, open-access platform. We do not require accounts or registration, so there is no formal account to suspend or delete. However, we reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access to the platform — or any specific tool — for any user or IP address at our sole discretion, including where:

• !A user is found to be engaging in prohibited use, as described in Section 5 of these Terms.
• !Access patterns suggest automated, bulk or abusive use of our online tools, calculators or PDF converter.
• !We are required to restrict access by law, court order or instruction from a relevant authority.
• ℹWe may also discontinue or suspend the entire platform, or specific tools, at any time — for example for maintenance, redesign or business reasons — without liability to any user.

Termination or suspension of access does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to termination, including those related to indemnification and limitation of liability.

CalcoraTools reserves the right to update, revise or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our platform, applicable law or operational requirements. When changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date shown at the top of this page and in the sidebar.

For material changes — those that meaningfully affect your rights or obligations — we will make reasonable efforts to alert users by placing a notice on the CalcoraTools homepage for at least 30 days following the update.

Your continued use of any CalcoraTools online tool, calculator or PDF converter after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with any update, you should stop using the platform.
